SHINDO DISTILLERY（新道蒸溜所）では、ボトリングとラベリングをお客様ご自身で行える特別な体験をご用意。本場スコットランド同様の「ガラスシリンダー式ハンドフィル装置」を日本ではじめて導入し、バーボン中古樽をはじめ、シェリー樽、ミズナラ樽、栗樽、自社製ラム樽などさまざまな樽の中から、その時々で熟成のバランスがとれたウイスキー原酒を厳選。ここでしか手に入らない、世界でひとつだけの一本をつくることができます。

At SHINDO DISTILLERY, we offer a unique experience where you can bottle and label your own whisky. We are the first in Japan to introduce the "glass cylinder hand-filling device," similar to those found in distilleries across Scotland. We meticulously select whisky from a variety of barrels, including used bourbon barrels, sherry barrels, mizunara barrels, chestnut barrels, and our own rum barrels, each chosen for its balanced maturation at the time so that you can create a one-of-a-kind bottle that can only be obtained here.

as well as seasonal sake, limited edition wines,
and more challenging drinks such as rum and gin.

店内で楽しめるドリンクやフードもご用意。
ここでしか飲めない「生甘酒」をはじめ、
福岡自慢の飲み物や、お酒に合うおつまみやスイーツなど、
ひと息つけるおいしさを揃えています。

We also provide drinks and foods to enjoy in-store.
Along with our exclusive "fresh amazake,"
we offer a selection of Fukuoka's renowned beverages, snacks,
and sweets that pair well with our sake, providing a delightful break.
