The gin features a refreshing citrus base, achieved with Fukuoka-grown lemongrass, and a hint of minty freshness from black peppermint cultivated in our own garden. The blend is brought together with high-quality gyokuro from Yame. Every aspect of the production process, including the order and duration of botanical infusion, has been meticulously refined to create this exceptional craft gin.
