While gazing at the empty barrels used for aging our "Asakura", an exciting idea struck us: What if we aged plum wine in these barrels? The thought of the magnificent plum wine that could result was too irresistible to ignore, so we embarked on this endeavor without hesitation. Several years have passed since then, and the outcome is remarkable. The aroma has grown richer, and the taste has deepened. After years of barrel aging, we proudly present a plum wine that shines with unparalleled brilliance.
